About Zoloft
Zoloft is the original brand of sertraline, a widely used medication to manage Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive-compulsive Disorder and Panic Disorder. The same active ingredient is also sold under brand names including Lustral and Daxid. It is supplied as a tablet in strengths of 25, 50 and 100mg.
Zoloft availability in Asia
Zoloft is registered across 14 markets including Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia, with availability also in Taiwan, South Korea and Japan. Generic sertraline, often produced in India, offers a more affordable alternative to the original Pfizer brand for expats living far from a major pharmacy. As with any long-term treatment, this medication is best used under a doctor’s care to monitor progress and maintain consistent support.
