Browsing ZoneMD

You can browse the catalogue, medicine guides, categories and articles without creating an account.

Because ZoneMD is a medicine-related website, even ordinary browsing can reveal sensitive interests. We therefore keep tracking limited and do not use advertising trackers.

Your cart, display choice and currency preference are stored in your browser so the site works properly as you move between pages.

Ordering and fulfilment

When you continue to checkout, the information needed to process your order may be handled by the pharmacy partner responsible for fulfilment, payment, dispensing, pharmacy checks and delivery.

Depending on the medicine, destination and pharmacy partner, this may include:

  • name and contact details
  • delivery address

  • support messages
  • cancellation, reshipment or refund requests
  • prescription or pharmacist-review information, where required

Order, payment, delivery and fulfilment details may be processed by pharmacy partners, payment gateways, courier services or support systems as needed to complete the order.

Payment, dispensing, pharmacy checks and delivery are handled under the pharmacy partner’s own terms and privacy policy. ZoneMD does not decide whether a medicine is clinically suitable for you.

Order support, delivery claims, cancellation requests and payment questions should be handled through live chat or the secure customer portal, not by email. Email is reserved for catalogue corrections, site issues, removal requests, business enquiries and other non-order matters.

Cookies and browser storage

ZoneMD keeps cookies and browser storage limited.

ZoneMD uses Cloudflare for hosting, performance, security and abuse protection.

Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as:

  • firewall or bot-protection signals
  • performance and reliability data

Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary cookies or similar security values when needed for fraud prevention, bot protection, rate limiting or challenge pages.

Cloudflare analytics and performance tools are used for security, reliability and aggregate site measurement, not advertising.

What we do not use

ZoneMD does not use:

  • Google Analytics
  • Meta Pixel
  • TikTok Pixel
  • Google Ads remarketing tags
  • affiliate tracking cookies
  • cross-site advertising profiles set by ZoneMD
  • user accounts for ordinary browsing

If this changes, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Server logs and security

Our hosting and security providers may process standard server logs for reliability, abuse prevention and site protection.

Server logs may include:

  • browser and device information
  • requested page
  • time of request
  • error messages
  • security events

These logs are used to keep the site available, reliable and secure. They are not used to build advertising profiles.

Contact messages

If you contact us, we use your message and contact details only to reply, handle your request, review a correction, or investigate a site problem.

Do not send urgent medical questions through the contact form. ZoneMD is not an emergency service.

Medicine information and sources

ZoneMD publishes medicine information, brand and generic comparisons, country guides and practical articles.

Our content is prepared from publicly available sources such as:

  • recognised medicine references
  • active-ingredient naming systems such as WHO INN
  • country-specific health authority sources where relevant

Medicine names, registration status, strengths, prices, pack sizes and availability can change by country and over time. Important decisions should be checked against the official source, doctor or pharmacist.
