By using ZoneMD, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ZoneMD is a B2C pharmacy broker providing a medicine catalogue, comparison tools and an ordering interface. We do not manufacture, prescribe, dispense or ship medicines. Pharmacy partners handle pharmacy checks, fulfilment and delivery; external payment providers process payments under their applicable terms.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy, Cookies & Site Policy.

What ZoneMD provides

ZoneMD helps users:

  • search medicines by name, ingredient, condition or category
  • compare brands, generics, strengths, pack sizes and prices where available
  • read general medicine information and practical guides
  • continue to available ordering and delivery options through pharmacy partners

ZoneMD is not a hospital, clinic, emergency service or substitute for a qualified doctor or pharmacist.

Pharmacy partner fulfilment

ZoneMD provides the website, catalogue and ordering experience.

Dispensing, pharmacist checks, prescription checks, fulfilment and delivery are handled by pharmacy partners where required. A pharmacy partner may accept, reject, delay, cancel or request more information for an order depending on the medicine, prescription status, destination country, local rules, stock availability or safety checks.

Not every medicine can be supplied to every country. Availability may depend on:

  • the medicine ordered
  • destination country
  • prescription or pharmacist-review requirements
  • import restrictions
  • customs checks
  • courier availability
  • pharmacy partner policies
  • local laws and regulations

Any order is subject to review and acceptance. Adding a product to the cart or submitting an order does not guarantee supply.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete
  • you are legally allowed to order and receive the medicine in your location
  • the medicine is for lawful personal use
  • you provide any required prescription or supporting information when requested
  • you do not order medicine for resale or unlawful distribution
  • you check with a doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure whether a medicine is suitable

You should not use ZoneMD to avoid medical review where one is required.

We work to keep medicine information clear, useful and current, but medicine data changes.

Product names, active ingredients, strengths, pack sizes, prices, availability, registration status, prescription rules and import requirements may change by country and over time.

Content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for your specific situation.

Brands, trademarks and manufacturers

Product names, brand names, logos and manufacturer names belong to their respective owners.

They are used on ZoneMD for identification, comparison and information only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or approval unless clearly stated.

Prices, currencies and product listings

Prices, currencies, pack sizes and availability may change without notice.

A displayed price or listing does not guarantee that the product is available, legally supplyable to your destination, or accepted by the pharmacy partner at checkout.

Prices are based in US dollars. Currency conversion is provided for convenience, and exchange rates may change the final amount charged by payment providers, banks or pharmacy partners. Review the checkout currency, delivery charge, discounts and total before paying.

Shipping, payment, cancellations and returns

Shipping options, delivery estimates, fees, payment methods, discounts and free-shipping thresholds are shown during checkout and may change over time.

Current delivery options are Standard Airmail at US$15, free on orders over US$200, and Express Tracked Courier at US$30. The Standard estimate is up to 3 weeks without parcel tracking; Express is up to 1 week with parcel tracking where available. Express has no free-delivery threshold. Checkout confirms availability and the applicable charge.

Delivery estimates are not arrival guarantees. Customs checks, courier delays, local holidays, destination-country rules, pharmacy checks and import restrictions may affect delivery.

Discreet, neutral packaging and delivery insurance are included without a separate charge. There are no optional paid insurance or premium-packaging add-ons. Required shipping or customs information may appear on the parcel; packaging does not remove import or declaration requirements. Larger orders may be split into smaller parcels and may arrive on different days.

Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), subject to checkout availability, order details and payment-provider rules. Card payments are processed through external payment gateways. BTC and ETH payments receive an extra 10% discount; returning customers receive a 10% discount on subsequent orders. Checkout confirms the applicable discounts and final total.

Cancellation requests may be accepted within 24 hours of ordering if the parcel has not shipped. Once the package leaves the dispensing facility, the order is final.

Medicines cannot be returned for change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support through live chat or the customer portal within 30 days for most items, or 14 days for temperature-sensitive items. Support will review the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

The included Total Delivery Guarantee covers shipments delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, damaged in transit or confirmed lost. Following a support request and review, a replacement shipment is arranged at no cost where possible; if a second delivery is not possible, a full refund is issued. The guarantee provides a remedy for a delivery problem, not a guaranteed arrival date or exemption from destination-country rules.

ZoneMD may link to pharmacy partners, payment providers, official health authorities, manufacturer documents, delivery providers or other third-party websites.

Third-party websites and services are controlled by their own operators. Their terms, privacy policies, prices, decisions and fulfilment processes are separate from ZoneMD.

We are not responsible for third-party content, service availability, medical decisions, delivery delays, customs decisions or payment-provider actions.

Acceptable use

You may use ZoneMD for lawful personal browsing, research, comparison and ordering access.

You must not:

  • use the site for unlawful medicine import, resale or distribution
  • provide false, misleading or incomplete information
  • scrape, bulk-copy, harvest or republish catalogue data
  • copy content for commercial use without permission
  • interfere with site security or performance
  • attempt to bypass pharmacy, prescription, safety or destination checks
  • use automated tools in a way that burdens or damages the site
  • misrepresent ZoneMD content as medical advice or your own professional guidance

We may block, limit or suspend access where misuse, fraud, abuse or unlawful activity is suspected.

Intellectual property

ZoneMD content, structure, design, text, images, catalogue organisation and page layout are protected by intellectual-property rights unless otherwise stated.

You may read and reference pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, syndicate or commercially exploit ZoneMD content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoneMD and its operators are not liable for loss, harm, damage, delay, cost or expense arising from:

  • use of the site
  • reliance on site content
  • medicine availability or unavailability
  • pharmacy partner decisions
  • prescription or pharmacist checks
  • delivery delays
  • customs or import issues
  • incorrect information supplied by a user
  • third-party websites, services or payment providers
  • technical errors, downtime or data loss

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

No waiver of consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer, data-protection, pharmacy or medicine laws.

If a specific pharmacy partner, payment provider or delivery provider has separate terms, those terms may also apply to the relevant part of the order.

Changes to the site and terms

We may update ZoneMD, change catalogue content, add or remove products, modify ordering routes, update these terms, or suspend parts of the site at any time.

Continued use of the site after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
