For patients with asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), and IgE-mediated food allergy, dosage determination should be based on the primary diagnosis for which XOLAIR is being prescribed. Adjust doses for significant changes in body weight during treatment.
