Is Serevent Diskus indicated for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)?

SEREVENT DISKUS is indicated for the long-term twice-daily administration in the maintenance treatment of bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (including emphysema and chronic bronchitis). SEREVENT DISKUS is NOT indicated for the relief of acute bronchospasm.
